Tech showed up right on time, which was great 'cause my schedule's a mess. Super polite dude. He dove right into the issue, explaining things in simple terms. Looked like he genuinely cared about fixing my fridge rather than upselling. The repair didn't take long, and before I knew it, the fridge was humming happily again.
